Mellqvist Matbar

Mellqvist Matbar is an ongoing design project I’ve been part of since the beginning. What started as a website redesign has grown into a long-term creative collaboration.
Today, I support the restaurant with everything from menus, illustrations and hand-drawn graphic elements to photography, apparel and concept work for events and communication.

The goal was to create something genuine, playful and personal, a visual identity that reflects the soul of the restaurant.
The expression is rooted in hand-drawn details and strong recognition, with a look and feel that’s both rustic and full of life.

What I value most is being involved from start to finish – from the first idea to the final delivery. It’s a close collaboration where I contribute both visually and strategically, with mutual trust as the foundation.
